Dr. Lidia Ickes completed her undergraduate studies at Oakland University, where she studied
Biology, and earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from University of Detroit Mercy
School of Dentistry. After practicing dentistry in Chicago for more than a decade, she and her
husband and three children were excited to return home to metro Detroit area. Dr. Ickes
believes every patient deserves a healthy, confident smile—and a dental experience that’s
comfortable, compassionate, and stress-free. With a passion for both the art and science of
dentistry, she combines advanced clinical techniques with gentle, personalized approach to
care. Committed to staying at the forefront of modern dentistry, Dr. Ickes pursues ongoing
education and training in restorative, cosmetic, and preventive treatments and specializes in full
