When you first arrive at our dental office, we’ll ask you to sign and fill out new patient forms if you have not already done so. After a few minutes, we’ll call you in and have you sit in the dental chair until your doctor is ready. We’ll then ask you questions about your current oral health and overall goals. Our new patient visits include an exam, X-ray, and pictures via our intraoral camera.

1. Initial Deposit: To utilize our in-house payment plan, you are required to put down 50% of the estimated copay as a deposit.
2. Monthly Payments: The remaining balance can be paid off in monthly installments. The duration of the payment plan depends on the total amount:
Balances less than $500: Up to 6 months.
Balances $500 or more: Up to 12 months.
While our service is interest-free, there is a small monthly fee associated with processing your payments:
Debit/Credit Card Payments: $7 monthly fee.
